Sean Kelley
Founder

Sean has been an entrepreneur and an engineer from a young age. He started out building and selling websites for local small businesses at age 13. He has founded and sold a variety of internet based businesses including a daily deal website and an affiliate marketing company.

Over the past 15+ years Sean has worked at technology companies including Microsoft and DocuSign specializing in cybersecurity and at an ecommerce startup Stackline as the Chief Architect.

Sean has now turned his energy and passion to multifamily real estate. He currently holds an interest in over 2,200 units.

Ed Modzel
Partner

Ed has been a real estate investor since 1981 with small multi-units and SFH. He is currently a general partner in 7 multifamily assets consisting of 892 units and has gone ‘Full Cycle’ on 2 multifamily properties by selling in early 2020.

Ed is a CRE coach, hosts a weekly multifamily investor Meetup and is a member of an elite nationwide mastermind group.

While proudly serving in the US Navy for 6 years, he met his wife Pilar and they have been married over 41 years. They are proud parents to 3 beautiful daughters and recently have a new grandson.

Ed retired as Chief Engineer with a 10-time Emmy Award winning TV show in 2015 to dedicate more time to real estate and his family.

Rod Khleif
Partner

Rod is an accomplished entrepreneur, real estate investor, and community philanthropist who is passionate about business, life, success, and giving back. He has personally owned and managed over 2,000 properties and built several successful multimillion-dollar businesses.

He is Host of the Top-Ranked iTunes Real Estate Podcast – “The Lifetime Cash Flow Through Real Estate Investing Podcast,” and author of “How to Create Lifetime Cash Flow Through Multifamily Properties.”

Rod founded and directs The Tiny Hands Foundation, which has benefited more than 75,000 children and families in need.
